Just received a call like this myself. Usually when I receive this call while she is at work it means she will be going out with the Master, who works with her. Sometimes the Master will call to confirm that everything is going well and to humiliate me by adding insults while telling me what he is doing with my Mistress. I won't be able to sleep and will wait with anticipation until she comes home with a present from the Master. I love these times.
