The first time I read this I was a little insulted, after all I didn’t feel older but I guess I didn’t notice the years going by because they were such happy years.
Yes he was very sweet and often intentionally naughty. I would warm his cute little bottom and we’d both enjoy it very much. This post left me confused at first, after all no one wants to be reminded that they’re getting older. However after reading it over a few times I found that I was flattered.
