Rip Wilson searched desperately for his friend....room by room through this asylum....
Every door he opened showed him acts of depravity and debauchery the likes of which he had never imagined!!!!
The townspeople had no idea of the madness that had overtaken this place....he would tell them...they would all come and see.....then he could put a stop to it all!!!!
But first he had to find Tom....they had been best friends since they were boys!!! Rip had no idea how Tom had come to be sent here....to this ghastly abominable place but he was sure that he would find him and get him out of here this very night!!!!
Turning down a dark hallway he heard voices....one of them sounded strangely like Tom....he drew his revolver and stepped quietly closer to listen....
"You understand that this final treatment will make the change permanent....are you sure that this is what you want?"
"Oh yes....please....it's all I've ever wanted....please!!!"
Rip crept closer and took aim at the Doctor....surely he was to blame for all the unnatural things going on here....
"You understand the side effects are permanent too....due to the chemical differences between your male form and your new female form you will need to ingest....at least 5 to 10 ounces of.....male essence....per day or the pain of your body rejecting the change will be beyond anything you can imagine!!!!"

"Semen.....to put it plainly....you will need to swallow or anally receive 5 to 10 ounces every day....for the rest of your life...."

Rip couldn't believe what he was hearing!!!! His best friend was willingly allowing himself to become a woman.....but not just any woman....he was becoming an absolute slutty whore!!!!
Rip knew what he had to do and he waited while the procedure was completed before he killed them....
He carried his old friend out of that madhouse that night and as Tom slowly woke from the drugs he asked....
"Rip? Is that you Rip? What's going on?""
"Don't worry.....I took care of everything....you're coming home with me....I have everything you're going to need...."
