I found this book while I browsed through the aisles of a small used bookstore....
"Regiment of Women" by Thomas Berger, it's billed as a dystopian novel by a pretty mainstream author....he wrote "Little Big Man" among others....
Sadly it seems to be out of print but used copies are available and are certainly worth the read for those of you who read blogs like mine....
Within the first chapter the hero....Georgie Cornell frets over a run in his pantyhose and submits to dildo therapy with his analyst!!!
This is the Amazon blurb....

I'm pretty sure this pic, more or less, could be a pretty accurate depiction of life in this novel...I recommend it!!!!
